R O C has all records and proved by Tax Audit Report in Merger Petition. as back as in 1996. No actions so far!! What kind of Law processing and looking after this itself shows.This is not the only law. Even in Judiciary failed to appreciate and ignored the fact while granting the merger. Order can be seen from High Court Gujarat web site. Company Petition no 17 of 1996 Last order of Hon. Justice Mr Mohit Shah. How the Pint of water flows and going on ? Where and what can we expest?
I am ashamed to write that one file of Ratnamani Were sent to all Members of Parliament as many as more than 256 to ask the question about role of Ministry of Corporate Affairs. . It was , File, supplied to the Company , How I do not have any knowledge!!!! In High Court Company Produced the file without disclosing the name of M P . By circulating the file internally in side the Company admin mails.!!!!! This is culture of our Gandhian Breeds and a like.
Hoever ,I have written as many as more than 20 times for the cause you faced. I was also a victim of the same more than 3 times. I could not do anything!!!!!, I am sending this e mail to as many as all MCA and Law Ministry etc. Let us wait , see and watch Drama of Good Governance.
I also submitted that the documents can be viewed for 24 hours and automated with the Computer system. Many times web site gets crashed and time to retrieve takes more time and inspection could not be completed in time!!!!!
Let us hope some thig would come out at this time.

Infosys people should also look in the matter for computer program seriously. This is going on for last more than one yeatr. Something should be developed like Time closk while Inspection is taken by any body and timme allowed and distortion on web should be considered at the end of Person taking inspection on web.
