New ITAT Rules For Filing Appeals And Seeking Adjournment
The Hon'ble President of the ITAT has issued two orders with regard to the filing of appeals and applications for adjournment. The order with regard to seeking adjournment requires the applications to be filed at least three weeks in advance (except in exceptional cases) and to be supported by an affidavit of the person seeking an adjournment.
