[aaykarbhavan] Query regarding Service Tax



Dear All

One of my client is having franchise agreement up to 31/03/2015 and thereafter this agreement was terminated by way of issue of termination letter 

After 01/04/2015 there was no business so now when i apply for cancellation of service tax registration and thereafter i am suppose to file ST for the period from 01/04/2015 to 30/09/2015 or not as i had applied for cancellation of Service Tax registration.
