We were the Central Statutory Auditor of a RRB of Meerut. Thereafter one Chartered Accountant firm of Meerut (Cat.- I) was appointed . He did not communicate to us before accepting the Appointment . Is it professional ethics?Such type of practice can not be expected from CA firm (Cat . I) for getting the assignment .
