Someone may please see the following and if possible, give reply:

 

Query 1

 

Where can I find the 'CODE' for Nature of business or profession as stated in Form No.3CD-Annexure I-Form B.

Query 2

 

Which is more appropriate to mention in Form No.3CD-Part A for the STATUS (of Resident (Private) Company).  Whether mentioning only 'PRIVATE-DOMESTIC' or simply mention the words 'Company in which public are not substantially interested'?
