Lucknow: Special chief judicial magistrate (custom) Anand Kumar has issued non-bailable warrant against a chartered accountant Dilip Dixit, Vineet Mittal, his wife Archana Mittal and Ved Prakash Gupta in a cyber crime case. The Mohanlalganj Police had chargesheeted them, but they were not appearing in the court.
Ex-MLC and managing director of Shiv Garh Resort at Rae Bareli Road, Rakesh Pratap Singh had lodged the FIR against the accused for several offences under IPC and I-T Act. According to the prosecution, the accused had opened a fake educational institute in the vicinity of the resort and they uploaded Rakesh Pratap Singh's fake digital signature and resort's photos on internet to mislead students.
