Defect NO1: Bank Audit Appointment System Defect NO1:No maximum cooling period is followed,many CA not getting audit from 6-7 years

1) In case of Bank branch audit, the minimum period of Two years is cooling period.

2) However, there is no maximum year of cooling period is specified & maintained. AS a result, Many CA firms are not getting bank audit from 6-5 years.

SUGGESTION: 

It is suggested to specify & maintain 3 years as maximum cooling period.
