A Private Limited Company (Subsidiary of Foreign Company) has been receiving Foreign Investment every month.

 

Whether there is any mandatory requirement to Note / Record the receipt of Foreign Investment in Board Meeting.

 

Please provide me any relevant Section(s) or URL on the above query so that I will go through and understand.
