Dear friends,

Have following query, please answer:

Is the buyer, when buying a property of a NRI in India, require to deduct tax at source from sale amount that is payable?

 

If yes, can NRI seller obtain NO DED, CERT. from ITO ?

 if yes under which section and rules.
