[aaykarbhavan] producer companies

have to answer the following questions of a client by the evening today. kindly help answer the following questions about a Producer company u/s 581A my take on the questions is after each question.  

(a) whether an existing company can be converted into a producer company. 

(on a bare reading of the provisions, it does not seem that conversion is possible as the very idea of a producer company is very different to any other company)

(b) what advantages does a producer company have over any other limited company

(even though the name would be suffixed by Producer Company Limited. it is provided that the company would function as a private limited so that all the advantages and privileges of a private limited company can be availed by it)

(c) how can a producer company raise capital to expand its operations
