It is Government Departments!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I am sending this e mail to more than 20 Government Officers of MCA . Those who have Private E mail id , yahoo or like. It will reach. Other wise NIC, MCA , will bound to return back with a note Data Disc is full. Do they not read them? What is the purpose in allotting E Mail id by Government ? What they are meant for ? Cash counter only? Take the case of a case of Dividend paid out of capital , illegal payment of dividend for more than 18 years doing nothing? SATYAM came out ? How? But his fraud is buried in cofin!!!!

MCA HAS FINALIZED NEW SCHEDULE VI BUT TILL DATE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE FORM NO 23AC AND 23ACA FOR NON XBLR  AND EXTENDED THE DATE UP TO 15/10/2012. BUT DOES NOT SPEAK THE DATE BY WHICH THEY PUBLISH THESE FORMS.
