I would request you to consider following actions :

    - Write to ROC  with a request to send his representative to the AGM,

   -Write to SEBI making similar request ,

   -Write to the Stock exchanges re the queries with a request to elicit

      written replies

   -Write to Investors Forum/associations

   -Post your questions on the company's blog , etc

In spite of above if the management is bent upon destroying company's valuation

 you may not be able to help them.
