Dear Bhagatji,
I have noticed that those who are having pre- paid card facility some are doing jobs that they some how deduct the balance amount from your account !! How ? I can not under stand by sending SMS balance is eaten a way, as services taken !!!!! What kind of services GOD knows.
Service provider do not hear at all!!!!!! Not only this but also in my case Vodafone , I took service. I paid Rs 60 for foreign calls 500 minutes @ 1 pais a per minute. When connected I paid Rs 500/ was vanished in total as much as not more than 40 minutes calls International and Local 100 Minutes!!! Vanished !!. Company said that I should pay Rs 50/- for detailed billing. First then they will hear. They did not gave any details so far? It was also a case of Wrong connection. It was on some one others name , though the document of proof was provided by me!!!!!!!!!!
So it is pitiable situation of customers. Nodal officer do not hear any thing. Name is put up for customers complaint!!!!!!
This is Indian Culture at all the through.

For complaint through SMS, customer has to send SMS "COMP TEL NO XXXXXXXXXX;dd/mm/yy;Time in hh:mm; short description of Unsolicited Commercial Communication" to 1909. Where XXXXXXXXXX - is the telephone number or header of the SMS, from which the UCC has originated.
