[aaykarbhavan] ISSUE OF CFORMS-MAR07

Dear friends,

 

In my MVAT case for year ending 31-3-07, few parties have issued C forms for full year, which is not acceptable to the STO.

 

I would like to know from which date issue of quarterly C forms was made compulsory.

 

To my knowledge as per rule 12(1) of CST (registration and turnover) Rules dealer may issue C form for quarterly but it is not mandatory.

 

Could the learned members guide me in this matter ?
