[aaykarbhavan] Determination of First Stage dealer /Second Stage dealer under Excise

Dear Sir,   Our company is registered as dealer under excise in Haryana.We import goods and process the same (Not amounting to manufacture under excise) for sale .We have depot in UP registered as dealer under excise.My query is as under :   1. When we stock transfer our goods from trading unit to UP Depot ,will UP depot will become Second stage dealer as we also pass on duty ?   2.Is there any provision with respect to OS Stamp in UP to affix on invoice for certain goods /volume of goods?   3.When we purchase goods from the depot of a manufacturer ,will our company be considered as First Stage Dealer or Second stage dealer?   Thank you in anticipation.   Regards,   CS Pravin Chourasia 9350641253
