three forms are to be issued by employer-deductor

Part A of form 16- to be downloaded from TRACE website by employer

Part B of form 16- to be prepared manully by demployer

Form no 12BA (reflecting value of perquisites) to be issued if salary paid or payable (gross salary before allowances) is exceeding Rs.200,000 ( otherwise, all the information is to be embeded within form 16)
