I have also a major complaint against the SCB card which I am holding for the past more than 17 years and never had any problem because I always remitted advance payment but in the past one year, there has been huge charge of interest simply because there was small delay of 2-3 days of payment on due date which happened  due to non-receipt of statement in time. On 2 occasions, when I sent the dues by NEFT, the transaction did not mature at RBI level and reversed in the next day but bank has debited charges for late payment as well as interest. Since there was no fault of mine, I did not remit the interest and delay payment charges, now they are debiting the interest and delay payment charge every month in the account and such charges now have swelled to almost 5000.00. There is no positve respnse from the bank nor the persons attending the calls are giving any proper response.
 
It is really a sad state of affairs and totally non-professional way of SCB.

I think you should approach the SC banking ombudsman. The details can be taken from their website.

The credit card statement is not received and the card is cancelled without any information. I am unable to finalise my accounts and don't know whom to approach to resolve the issue
