Hon'ble Mylord. I would like to submit that I support PIL submitt ed by Mr. Dipak Shah,a multifaceted professional,who filed PIL reg. Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) service grievance in interest of professional fraternity of varied interests and general MCA users at large,who are facing tremendous hurdles due to non-functioning of MCA services many a times since January,2013.Best of thanks for your time.
