[aaykarbhavan] Unable to view / download ST-3 Return for July-Sep.12

Please do the needful.

Query

We have done Service Tax filing on 5th instant.

We got the status FILED, but NO RECORDS FOUND.

What to do next?


Ans : ........... (As per TICKER information, should I wait for development from Service Tax Department)


We have done Service Tax filing on 5th instant.

We got the status REJECTED with a reason that

'system does not allow return filing prior to registration date'.

Company belatedly obtained Service Tax registration in Nov.2012.
Upon registration, company had paid all the amounts since April 2012.


How do we proceed?
