YOUR APPROACH IS HIGHLY APPRECIABLE PL TAKE SUCH OTHER SITE OF TDS IN WHICH WE ARE UNABLE TO DOWN LOAD THE TDS CERTIFICATES AS WELL AS SERVICE TAX WHERE WE UPLOAD THE RETURN BUT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO RECEIVED RECEIPT FROM THE DEPT SITE. DEPARTMENT IS EXTENDING THE TIME LIMIT FOR FILING ST3 RETURN FOR JULY 2012 TO SEPT 2013 AND WHAT ABOUT THE RETURN FOR OCT 2012 TO MARCH 2013 DEPARTMENT IS KEEP MUM.

PL PROVED ME WHAT TO WRITE IN SUPPORT OF MAIL TO SC AND OBLIGE.

Write supporting this e mail .  All professionals should send e mail and flooded with e mails. So that correct position may be appreciated by Hon. Chief Justice Supreme Court of India and other Judges appropriately.

                   It is with due respect and Your  Honor I submit our Grievances against Ministry of Corporate Affairs as a Grave ignorance of Process . The Ministry web based compliance , submission of online documents are not working properly  for more than 3 months. The reason being earlier web based support was given by Tata Consultancy Limited. Now it is entrusted to Infosys Limited . The present provider is not working properly for last more than 3 months.
                     There is total disruption in compliance web based working of Ministry of Corporate Affairs . All Professionals and public at large are suffering and representing to Hon. Ministry of Corporate Affairs but no action for more than 3 months. Your Lordships is requested and prayed to take appropriate action against Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Infosys Limited . This e mail may please be treated as Public Interest Litigation Petition and Oblige.\
