We have upload the return on 28th March 2013 sucessfullly. We also received the message that your return submited sucessfully pl. check the status after one business day. But till today when we check the status there is displays that UPLODED. It means our return is neither accepted nor rejected.
 
Pl. help. for the same. / Pl. share if any one facing the said problem?

Following is the release from ACES in this regard.


Service Tax Return (ST 3) for the period 1st July- 30th September, 2012 is
now available in a modified format for e-filing in ACES. Only offline
version is available and there is no online version. The utility needs to be
downloaded afresh either from http://acesdownload.nic.in/ or from the
'DOWNLOADS&# 39; section of ACES website, www.aces.gov. in,
<http://www.aces. gov.in> or after logging in ACES, under the navigational
path RET-> e-Filing -> Download eFiling Utility. The last date of e-filing
of return for July-September, 2012 is 15th April, 2013. Assessees who have
not e-filed their returns for earlier periods can also download the
appropriate period and e-file. Before filling the Return, please go through
the FAQs available under HELP Section of ACES Website under the navigational
path: https://www. aces.gov. in > Help > Frequently Asked Questions > Returns
> ST 3 Return for July-September, 2012. After uploading the return to ACES,
the status of the return can be checked under RET-> e-Filing -> View XML
Status and the filed return can be viewed under 'View Original ST3' and
'View ST3' options in the RET module" of ACES after a few days (the exact
date to be announced later).

eFiling Offline Utilities/Schema

Assessees can file their Central Excise and Service Tax Returns using
following offline Excel Utilities/XML Schema by downloading the same from
this page.

It is advised that the latest Excel Utility may be used every time, for
filing Returns, by downloading it from the link given below

    Dear Mr.Sandip,

    I think this is a common problem to most of the return filers. Even we are facing the same problem since 27th March, 2013 when the xml file was uploaded successfully.
