[aaykarbhavan] Re: {Amresh's CA's} Fwd: SEBI action against companies

I think out of the same lisy many companies have been under Liquidating process...........!!!!!!!
I have complaints acknowledgement of  more than 100  Jindal Iron and Steel Limited Now JSW Steel Limited , a fraud of Rs 400 Crores  divestment of NCD with detachable warrants issue proceeds for more than 18 years  and also a case of dividend paid out of capital , illegal payment of dividend also more than 18 years , no acknowledgement of any complaints !!
No action is taken by SEBI!!!!!!! Is Shebi!!!!!
