and the owners of KDK software are running for the Central Council claiming they have done a favour to ICAI by providing such a great technology. The whole matter arise two prominent questions?

Q1. How a man who is having commercial interests with ICAI is holding COP and how is he running for elections?

Q2 If he is software developer and if he got elected, what he will be able to deliver to the members interest.?

We require only practicing Chartered Accountants to lead the institution in this troublesome period.
