Resignation with full explanations about this scam , how he did and what is the fact in real amount of transactions and all at this time only. It may be after thought , when investigation committee reports about this fraud.!!!!!!!!!!

Summery of scam :

As per times of Indian news on 24th November 2012 ,

There is a land deal of Rs.100 crore in Nagpur ,by ICAI through our president , Mr. Jaydeep Shah . The said deal come under

scanner after coming to knowledge that the said deal was made without 

knowledge of central council of ICAI and same was over valued deal.

The said matter is now in internal investigation.
