Query

The company is engaged in Software Development Activity for it's Foreign Holding Company. Hence, can the revenue generated be filled in the field Professional & consultation fees or Export of goods calculated on FOB basis under the heading A. Details of earning in foreign exchange in Form 23ACA ?

Whether the `Foreign Exchange Loss' shall be classified under the head FINANCE COSTS ?

Should I fill `Foreign Exchange Loss' in the field `Interest' under the heading B. Details of expenditure in foreign exchange in Form 23ACA ?

Whether the `Foreign Exchange Loss' shall be shown in the Directors' Report as Foreign outgo ?
