it is not a question of WHAT was the Delhi Police doing when the incident took place OR now what the Honble Home Minister, Honble Chief Minister or the Honble Prime Minister would NOW do about it - IT IS ALL ABOUT WE the proud Indians, the common men & women who are shamelessly shying away since ages from taking any initiative of any kind of wrong doings on mankind - be it by such rapists, OR just watch some eve-teaser on the road as bystander, OR somebody snatching bag or chain on the road while we prefer to safely keep looking on the other side OR some accident victim lying in pool of blood while passers by just wait for 5 sec just to see what has happende and then go away; OR some corrupt government official we face on a daily basis, OR corrupt politicians who slash away thousands of crores of rupees while some 50 crores have to sleep without food; WAKE UP INDIANS BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE
