Then such vulnerable situation of un organized persons , Small and Medium C A arise and going to happen. That is why other Big 4 and associates are much stronger. To give a vote is required. Let me give one example of Big 4 Valuation Report of a Company in merger Case was given by PWC Private Limited , in how many pages ?? Only 6 pages. Every where there is PWC or big 4 such valuation reports are given ,Material all data was missing, like all figurative data ,  upon which Valuation is based .............   Is there any control over this practices!!!!!!

Since Hon. Supreme Court has given verdict in Mafatlal Industries Limited , Mihir Mafatlal case that Valuation Report can not be challenged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How much they had charged Fee you may know.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right to abstain from voting is also a democratic right. Everyone has a right to exercise it.

 

I called up a friend of mine in the evening of 08 Dec and asked him if he was coming over for voting.

 

He said, "F^^k them all!"

 

It seems majority of people who come out to vote in these elections are the ones who have a vested interest in seeing a particular candidate being voted to power. People who think their life will be the same even after the elections are over would rather stay in their offices/homes than bother driving down to the voting venue.
