Dear Mr. Shah,
I am unable to understand why there is so much hue and cry over this normal issue and how can you allege that it is a fraud mail? It simply seems a mail from a CA firm to its client but erroneously the email id to whom it was addressed was yours and the attachment was omitted to be attached.
As apparent from the mail, he has clearly advised the client to deliver the documents along with the fee of Rs. 600/- at his office. He has not asked to deposit the fee in some bank account etc. so that he can fraudulently withdraw the same.
This can happen to anybody.
