I think one of the most important thing missing is that MICR Code number by which Branch can be identified.....

I am happy that a number of members are writing here to extend their helping hand for the cause of CA T.R. Bardia. Today evening, I talked to him on phone and collected the information about his health, bank account etc. He is at ARARIA, BIHAR. Araria is a district HQ and he is a lone Chartered Accountant at Araria. I tried to get some other CA details as there were two more CA's in the town, but in real, he is a lone CA there. Forbesganj is a tehsil of Araria and I found one Chartered Accountant CA DEEPAK AGRAWAL there.CA Deepak Agrawal   has confirmed that CA Bardia  is passing through a difficult time. He feels that he has exhausted all his money for his treatment. It's going on from the last 25 years .At present he doesn't have any family support. His brothers are there in the town but he is isolated that's why he requires the regular maintenance. He doesn't have any income of any kind.

So, it is clear that we all have to support him for long. His appeal with details of his Bank Account are there in scan folder .Kindly write at group about the quantum of contribution.The same shall only be publish here if you feel it fine at your part. His bank account details are as follows:

I feel that there should be a permanent fund to deal such circumstances. Three years ago we have supported a lady CA from Lucknow for the cause of her child treatment. So there may be many more unheard cases where we could extend our helping hand. I propose a TRUST for such cases with " A FUND FOR CA in DISTRESS". It shall be a public/private Trust and the beneficiary shall be Chartered Accountants as defined in our Act.

So, if you want to make a direct contribution to CA Bardia , then you can start with the above details and if you want to contribute to a fund, I think it shall take 10 days to form and activate the things. Suggestions are also invited about its operations.
