[aaykarbhavan] Re: {Amresh's CA's} Valuation report

Dear Annaji,

             Thanks for comments. I would say that Big 4 PWC private Limited and E & Y and all other are issuing 6 / 10 pages Valuation report .Which is accepted by Hon. Court. Contested , Mihir Mafatlal Case quoted!!! Nothing  can be done. Vital data determining swap ratio are missing in valuation report !!!!!!!. How can it be considered as a Valuation Report!!!!!!

             While dealing with valuation report , once again I attach, with Order of Judgment. How avoidance of Valuation report can be noted.  A material thing to be noted................   No further comments ......................
