One of my client has 2 Proprietary firms and both are at same place and in both the firms services are taxable under service tax while approaching department the officer says only one ST2 can be issued for one premises with same PAN no but to open current account with bank they want ST2 with different firm names on ST2 to complete KYC norms and even CA certificate stating facts are not accepted to open account. Kindly guide in the matter. Thanking you in advance.
