Dear members,

Now we have conformed evidence and Information: to say that

1. Central Council was never informed  on Nagpur deal before registration of Nagpur land registration .
2. As per evidence with us , the land was registered on 3rd August 2012 and supplementary agreement on 17th August 2012.  
3. We also have evidence to prove that the central council member was not provided the information on Nagpur land even after council meeting asked explanation to President.
4. It is also conform , Mr. Karthikeyan ,the secretary ,was not provided the information to the central council members , despite central council members asked repeatedly.

Now we have information from Central Council Members :

I have called following Central Council Members and got the verbal replay as follows :

CA S B .Zaware (Pune) central Council member :

He refused to accept the scam. He said there is a committee has formed. 

After committee report , all necessary action shall be followed. 

Mr. Rajender Kumar (Chennai) :( Finance committee member )

He was very upset with the direct allegation against him as the member of finance committee . He clearly says the finance committee is only approve the budget .It never approve the projects . After budget approval, central council shall approve

the proposal .If it is not approved by central council , how he is responsible.

Further, he said ,due to election, so many members has targeted him ,which

is not ethical and moral. 

Mr. Adukia (Mumbai): central Council member 

Mr Adukia said he was not at  all aware of the Nagpur land deal . When it was come to his  knowledge, he was the first person ask the President about the deal and asked the

details explanation . But unfortunately due to his wife's health problem, he was to rush back Mumbai ,before the closing the council meeting.

However, he immediately asked formally to the secretary of  the ICAI, for providing the

documents of Nagpur land deal . Interestingly, secretary has not shared the information. Mr. Adukia has issued a harsh letter and got the documents.

Mr. Adukia has shared me confidential information to me , where its clearly establshed , Council was not aware of the Nagpur land deal and nagpur deal and documenst suppressed to circulates amoung council members.
