I would say in summing up. Wherever there is wife , in any success behind curtain is always Wife , in day or night , through any walks of life. Nothing else.

| A mother of two growing up children, who had to bring them up mostly by herself, because she has been the silent wife standing strongly behind her husband who sat till late night to clear mails for you as moderator. He was up again early morning to clear and screen the informative mails that came from all sources from India. Do you thing it was just the contributions of Amresh Vashisht that you read when you opened your mailbox early in the morning or late night ? No one noticed and said a word for the silent wife who remained awake because her husband was awake. That food served to the husband had become cold because it lay uneaten. She respected her husband for his sincerity and commitment. For his honesty. When other CAs were having drink sessions with ITOs, her husband was at home. Because he preferred being with family more than making money by any means. When other CAs were changing model of their cars and buying bigger and bigger versions, she was satisfied with that old car which would change only after the mechanic said : Ab Chhodo na ise saheb. When other's wives were spending time at Kitty Parties, she was managing her responsibilites of family - alone, as her husband was devoted to the cause of his community. Everyone would cheer or garland Amresh Vashisht but no one said a word about her own commitment that made Amresh what he is to you all : a positive thinker, a steadfast worker who never tires. A Gyan Guru who was part of the academic group and not of such committees where some just get into to network, increase contacts, to get more business and to become close to tax officials. My support wholeheartedly goes to Shrimati Vashisht because that vote is a vote for sincerity, for commitment, for family values, to a man that has never let us down. That is why I last time wrote that i oppose Amresh Vashisht because if he gets elected, he will have lesser time for his family. You may get another Council members but her children have a father whom they need more. If you are not a voter in his constituency, just send a Best Wishes message to him to let him know that you appreciate his service to the CA's community. Rebecca Andrews |
